| For reservations by phone, you can give your credit card (VISA,
MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or send in a check: (payable to Four
Winds). |
| When reservations are made within 45 days of a trip, full payment is due
immediately. A deposit of $125.00 per person for trips under $500.00 per
person and $250.00 per person for trips over $500.00 to reserve a spot . The
remainder of your fare is due 30 days before your trip. |
| If you reserve and your plans change before you send in your
deposit, we would greatly appreciate a call. |
| For Guided Trips fill out a Health and
Diet Form which helps us make sure you feel at home on your
vacation and a Release
of Liability Form; which needs to be
signed and returned before your trip. |
| For Private Equipment Rentals and Outfitting Services fill out a
Rental and Outfitting Form
which helps us begin planning your trip and a Rental Release of Liability
Form which must be signed and returned before the equipment leaves the
shop. |
| When we receive your deposit we will send you a trip packet. We look
forward to sharing some river time. |
